Salad Bowl & Ash Servers

I was pleasantly surprised by how well the servers stay put in that recessed rim—no more digging around for them in the bowl. The porcelain is a nice, solid weight, perfect for a hearty dinner salad.

The recess in the rim is such a smart detail—it actually keeps the servers from sliding off the bowl while I’m tossing the salad. The porcelain feels nicely substantial, and the ash wood has a warm, pleasant grain.

The ash servers are light but feel sturdy in hand, and they nest perfectly in that porcelain bowl without slipping off. I’ve used them for big pasta salads and they handle dressing without staining. Makes serving feel a bit more special than my usual plastic tongs.
